Finally a hardy middle finger to Nekroz players.

I've always been wondering, when it says "Must first be Fusion Summoned." Does that mean you won't be able to Special Summon it through other means, (Sending it from the Extra Deck to the Graveyard then using Monster Reborn, or that card that allows you to summon a Fusion monster by paying a "mere" 5000 Life Points. I know these cards are banned, but still.) until it is Fusion Summoned?

Yes, exactly like that. That's how "Must first be XXX Summoned" works, you need too XXX Summoned it first, then after that you can Special Summon it from graveyard with cards like Monster Reborn.

And thus we have the last of the Shaddolls. Although its effect is not so impressed like Midrash, but I mean this card is just as good! No Call of the Hunted, Pinpoint Guard, Oasis of the Dragon Soul, NOTHING! Only thing to make this card better if it can stop Monster effects too.

This card strikes right in the heart of Nekroz + Shaddoll itself.

Indeed it does, NO RITUAL. No Fusion! Oh wait, that's also bad for Shaddoll Match up too.

Yup, that's what Infernoid wants to do with Shaddoll and Nekroz, they brain-freeze those two.

Now that you mention it... yes, the Infernoids will be an impossible deck to beat and if you use Evil Hero Infernal Gainer... YOU'RE A GONER!

Guys you're mistaken here.. She stops both players from summoning from the hand or Graveyard by S/T, i.e fusions not affected..
But really, in a Nekroz meta - I'm running this card at 3. It works wonders and is actually the heart of the deck in that matchup.

At 3 would be too much. At least 1 or 2 would be enough since what Water Monster would fit the Fusion Summoning for Anomalitith that has benefited like let's say Electromanget Turtle.

You don't really run water techs.. It's all by nephe shaddoll fusion (a really underestimated card I run at 3) and rarely core (though core is used more often for milling rather than fusion material).
I also don't see what extra space you're trying to preserve. El Shaddolls do almost everything, and for what they don't do, you need like 3 extra deck cards. Extra space is not tight at all.
