XD Haha yeah Gerard is a crazy sonofabitch, he came up with this incredible concept. He wanted the figure in the corner to represent my subconscious, or just my gimp slave, or whatever the viewer interprets from the photo. It could mean a million things.

The background is stone, the photographer runs a place called Allied Stone with dozens of huge slabs of GORGEOUS stones all over. And the poor soul is one of the photographer's friends who came to assist with the crane.

Now that it's been approximately 17 and a half years, I am going to write the latest reply of all time. Seriously.

That is a really ingenious idea. What a total, otherworldly badass. It's a great example of using what you already have access to and upping your production value through the roof. I wish more photographers thought that way (myself included) instead of spending tons of cash on installing a giant studio in their apartments or garages.

Although I do really wish I had a garage

I was hanging from a harness around my waist and on one leg. It wasn't easy! But well worth it.
