WELP I hardly ever draw my OC Miranda anymore, so I wanted to do something fantastical! x3 I like how this turned out better than any of my tablet-drawn pictures... ;w;
(The're supposed to be inside a Pokemon Center, if you can't tell. ;-; I need to get better at doing backgrounds. >A< )
