Crypto is from a species of glitchy computer virus dragon like creatures (which are unnamed for now.) She and the rest of her species have the power to travel between the real world and cyberspace. It is unknown how they are able to do this, since to humans cyberspace is only a non-physical realm where communication occurs between technology. It is also unknown how these beings can change from being physical creatures into changing into streams of code, computer viruses, glitches, ect. Is it science or magic? Who knows.

Most of her species decide to stay in Cyberspace, only travelling out to feed on living things and 'get a breath of fresh air' as one might put it. Crypto, however, is different. She travels from and to Cryberspace as will, causing destruction, eating people, crashing computers and other technology, the list goes on. She isn't exactly . . . sane. When in cyberspace computers will identify her as being a highly dangerous computer virus and try to attack her with malaware software, however this usually results in lots of computer crashing and . . . deaths.

This is a short ref for now and I may even go into more specific detail about her species and their powers. In short, Cryptobyte is a highly dangerous creature and meeting her will result in death 99% of the time.
