Rarijack (Rarity x Applejack) backstory - How Garnet and Alex were conceived: 3 years before Applejack got with Caramel, Applejack and Rarity were on and off 'friends with benefits' relationship and one day, Thanks to Discord And Raijack shipper Pinkie Applejack got turned into a stallion. The pranksters had fled before Applejack (Now A.J) could gently kill scold them so she went to see Rarity. Rarity was quite shocked and quite aroused by Applejacks new from and after some teasing and foreplay, A.j and Rarity ended up sleeping together.

A few weeks later, Rarity started to feel ill and nauceous, She went to the doctor who told her she was pregnant. Rarity went and told Applejack, who was delighted but also a bit upset. Rarity noticed and asked what was wrong. It had turned out that Applejack and Caramels parents arranged for the to get married as foals so their two farms could join together. Applejacks parents didn't arrange this as they wanted to, The farm was having really ba financial problems and there was chanced they'd loose it, Due to Sweet apple Acres also being their home and Applejack being very young at this point, Caramels parents offered them enough bells to keep the place up and running, however only if they accepted the engagement, so applejacks parents accepted and now Caramel and Applejack are engaged.

Rarity was very upset, not just because of her best friends situation, but because she had feelings for Applejack and was going to announce them along with her pregnancy, Instead Rarity just told her about the pregnancy then went home.

A few months later, Rarity gave birth to twins boys, however one was still born leaving just one, Rarity decided to name him, Alexandrite Apple.

When Alex was 2, He was well aware Applejack was his mother, A lot of ponies suspected it too because of the similarities they shared, At the time Rarity just told ponies the father was a stallion she slept with on a one night stand.

Applejack was now married to Caramel and had a filly, aged 1, called Honey-Dapple. She was very much In love with Rarity. Her and Caramel didn't get along well, the two often fought and feuded. Seeing Alex everyday and knowing she couldn't be the mother she wanted to be to him killed her, She would often cry inside because of it.

One day, Applejack went to Discord, She wanted him to turn her into a stallion again, Discord was shocked and confused but after Applejack telling him her plan he turned her into one. That night Applejack went to Raritys house and confessed her love to her, The two made love once again, this time with plans to get Rarity pregnant and Applejack accidentally stayed at Rarity's for the night.

Caramel had noticed Applejack acting suspicious and followed her that night, He saw everything. But he kept it quiet due to also having an affair himself.

A year and a bit on, Rarity gave birth to a mare, she called her Divine Garnet.

-11 Year timeskip -

Applejack couldn't go against her element anymore and confessed to Caramel that she had an Affair with Rarity and that Alex and Garnet were her kids. He confessed He knew and that he was also in a affair and still was. The two divorced. Three years before that they had another foal , a son called Bailey. Applejack took full custody of their kids Honey-Dapple and Bailey.

Applejack and Rarity are now married with their kids and Applejacks kids
