Description Things tend to change in an instant don't they? One day you have an entire empire grovelling before you, the next you are stripped away of all that you've worked so hard to achieve. That's what happened to me. For a millenium, I was cast into the frozen depths while those WRETCHED sisters stole what was rightfully mine. The empire was mine! MINE! MINE!. Fortunately, I made sure it would take them a thousand years as well to take it back. And I suppose I should thank them as well. They did make my body untouchable and my powers only helped in my new form. Too bad I had to wait in the ice until I could finally put them to good use.

After those long and tedious years of wait, I rose from the ice, a shadow elemental with the very same sort of power that allowed me to conquer and rule my empire. The very same empire that had reappeared on the day it vanished like a mirage. It was there I also found out something was wrong, there was another presence and they had placed a shield over the empire. My empire. I decided to merely bide my time. Who ever put up that shield couldn't hold it for long. No living thing had that kind of stamina for such a feat.

One day, I came across eight strangers trekking the frozen ground, one of them I saw leave the very shield keeping me out of my prize. The other seven were newcomers, obviously never having come to frozen north. So I decided to greet them myself. The one from the empire shot at me. While my shadowy form made it useless, I still sensed a great amount of power within him and cut him off from it. They still managed to elude me but, I didn't care. All that mattered to me was my empire.

After a while, the shield's strength was fully depleted. The empire was mine for the taking once again. Oh, how foolish I was to believe that. Two of the very same newcomers had found the location of the very thing I sealed away to keep my slaves from rising up against me. I trapped one but the other, a mere child managed to escape, and use the very power from the object to destroy me.

Or so they believed.

When I reawakened, I found myself in another world. One composed of rock and steel. A new world to establish my own empire and new slaves. However, I also found its protector. A beast the size of buildings and the fiery breath of a dragon. Our battle was fierce and brutal. During our confrontation, I managed to scar him as a reminder of who he had the pleasure of fighting that day. Sadly, that battle was lost and I was forced to retreat.

In time, I gained new allies, some of whom knew the beast who cost me my victory and had their own scores to settle. I couldn't agree more with them. I will allow that beast to enjoy his victory, how he sent me running. A victory that will be very short lived. I will make sure of that.
