This witch is probably the reason why The Fallen went rouge against his Prime brothers, and therefore ultimately created Decepticons. She might not even be one of the so called Creators since she's a deceiver (or Creators are indeed evil and cruel so the Primes and Knights ended up rebelled and banished them from Cybertron).
