If no one ever said this was a Giganotosaurus, I would've thought this was either an Acrocanthosaurus or Saurophaganax. I do like the JWD Giga design but I do have some complaints about it. There's too much crocodile features that basically makes the Giga look like a bipedal crocodile when we already have the Baryonyx for that. Just to be clear, I'm not making it 100% accurate to the current paleontology. I'm just giving it my personal fixes but still in-line with the movie. Also, I used the Funko Pop as inspiration for the coloration since I don't a very good look at it yet. I'll update it when I have better references.
I like the green eyes, but dislike the slit pupils. The only dinosaurs I'm fine with slit pupils are the Hybrids, Spinosaurus, & Baryonyx. I gave him a form of lips that cover the root of their teeth similar to the other large/medium carnivores. I get they're hinting it has some of it's DNA in the Indominus Rex and probably the Indoraptor & Scorpius Rex, but they're hybrids, the Giga is a real dinosaur and doesn't need the crocodile jagged teeth. I also made sure the give it the distinctive chin. Another thing I dislike the the way the spines are designed along the back. It just looks wrong the way they arranged it. I would either move the big spikes towards the base of the neck and let it gradually shrink or make the spikes rise/shrink more gradually in a circular shape than triangular.
