"I...Tatsu...now lead!"
Due to what seems to be the original actor Toshihiro Obata not signing off on likeness rights, the character of Tatsu from the original TMNT movies has never received an action figure. This silly little figure is my attempt to sort of make him in that Playmates semi-chibi style but still trying to capture his stern, badass features, and the pose from the moment when he clenches his fist and cries "ATTACK!", because that always stuck with me.
