I always loved the BioGoji/GhidoGoji suit. (Although, I lean more towards GhidoGoji due to the modifications made to the suit. It just looked more powerful.)

The Ghidorah suit looked more beefed up to me, especially around the chest, and the face was meaner. Great suits from one of the best eras of the franchise.
