Well I was waiting for the Golden Stooges here for a long, long time since I pre-ordered this last February, but at last the One Who Is Many arrived and my ideal figure representation of the KOTM Ghidorah finally gets to join all of his brethren on the shelf. I don't often spend TOO much these days on single pieces to my collection but this was the exception, because the sculpt on this puppy is absolutely beautiful and captures the new movie Ghidorah far better than any of the other toys that have been released as of this submission, though it does have its problems in balance, body parts falling off and a generally weak paint application, but for what it is I'm thrilled to have it, I feel like part of a special club.The toy was so big it couldn't fit on the space I set the figures on for photos, had to pull it way far back and black out the parts of my house you'd otherwise see because I don't really feel like showing off the renovations to the bedroom
Overall I do love this figure, but I will admit that I too like others had some issues with it in the quality control department. It was very, very hard to get the right head to pop in fully so that it would stop falling off all the time with just a little movement, and the left eye on the Kevin head (pictured here on your right hand side) was applied badly and is sliding a bit up off of the spot it was supposed to be in, which is rather sloppy and makes the price tag on this figure hurt a little, but I'm not going to shell out again to replace this so I'll just deal with it.
This was a huge space gobbling addition to the Ghidorah shelf but as a never-die fanboy who loves the figures I decided it just needed to be there, my big treat for the year. The only figures I need now to top the KOTM set off is the Mothra Larva and the new Fire Godzilla (or Juiced Godzilla as I like to call him), but either way love this big boy and can't wait to see what becomes of Kevin in next year's Godzilla vs. Kong.

One of the reasons why I love this version of King Ghidorah so much is because he is effectively three characters rolled into one body. Each head has a separate mind and different personality with different reactions to certain situations.
The heads even have individual names: The middle head's name is Ichi, the right head's name is Ni, and the left head's name is San (also called Kevin).

The personalities are a huge selling point on this Ghiddy, which is why I also enjoy it so much. Before the movie came out some of those lame fans were screaming that if this Ghidorah was a "wing walker" they would refuse to acknowledge it as a legit Ghidorah, but that kind of dumb reasoning kinda falls flat when the character held so true to the spirit of the planet destroyer and even improved on it a little with the expressiveness of the faces, something the old puppets sadly couldn't pull off.

I agree, this Ghidorah had more personality and his (or 'their') goals were more fleshed-out compared to previous versions.

Whoa, that is an expensive KOTM figure and this is a figure that I avoid to get for my birthday because I'm fine with Godzilla. This one here is a nightmare and you will see Kevin's head popped up and even the tails can be annoying.
