BARAGON

Baragon was discovered in 1965 when the 33 meter tall burrower made meals of local people in the Japanese countryside, but the deeds were blamed on the newly discovered Frankenstein monster. Eventually the Megadinosaur and hulking humanoid found each other and a fierce battle ensued, in which Baragon lost and his neck was broken but when the human monster went to nurse his wounds inflicted by Baragon's teeth and claws, Baragon slipped away into his burrow. Baragon was found again in 1968 during the worldwide kaiju containment effort dubbed,Operation Relocation, and was taken to monster island where he would stay until 1974 when he and Angilas would leave to face the machine monster Mechagodzilla, but would be severely outmatched and forced to retreat. Baragon would leave monster island again in 2009 by will of the Kilaaks and attack Paris with Gorosaurus.
