:Les Forces Québécoise ou Forces Armées Québécoise sont l'organisation militaire responsable de la défense du Québec et de ses intérêts. The Quebecer Forces or Quebecer Armed Forces is the military organization responsible for the defense of Quebec and its interests. The QF make up the bulk of the Department of Defense (DD) whose headquarters (HQ) is located in Quebec City in the Capitale-Nationale administrative region. The main mandate of the QF is the protection of Quebec and the defense of its sovereignty. Their role is also to defend North America with their main ally, the United States and Canada, and to contribute to world peace by conducting missions abroad.
