Raised by his father with an older brother, Yoriki, their mother, Michelle abandoned them at a young age. Sometimes when he has too much fun, he tends to forget about his friends and enjoy what life has to offer.

Relationship with Makato: He met Makato when rescuing her from a middle-aged creep. Makato was grateful to him and gave him a place to live in the castle of her own home. She then decided to make him her guinea pig for her potions, transforming and morphing into many weird things. Miru stood by her side as a knight (and a bird), and a childhood friend that she could lean on.

Relationship with Mikoru: Even though Mikoru was the Dark Knights (enemy of Faithful Knights) when they were young, they were brothers, best of friends. Miru didn't like Mikoru at first for making the slow moves on Makato, but as he got to know him, he soon started to accept him as a friend, and not a Dark Knight. He would protect him from anyone who bullied Mikoru. However, that was a long time ago. Miru despise Mikoru for hurting Makato, and both of them are sworn, enemies.
