I never thought that I was a stressful person, distracted - yes, active - definitely yes, but everything fell into place when I just looked at the calendar and guess when I slept the most at that moment ? Before the exams, of course ... as you could understand, I was not an excellent student and each test brought me a lot of stress. I prepared in advance, but I still didn’t remember well.
And when I finished my studies, I started sleeping for other reasons, exhaustion at work was the first thing I noticed, but I think we'll talk about work next time.
