aceo for =L1nkLover organized by #OC-TradesnCritiques , my first trade in this group! I got blue budgie request, and I immediately thought of one budgie we used to have when I was a kid. She was really fluffy and not only she though she's equal to us but she was sure she has a right to boss us around. Well, she seemed well aware of her cuteness and acted accordingly, thus the top hat and the monocle. I wanted the piece to be similar to kailavmp.deviantart.com/art/ac… in style, but I think I didn't do so well D:
