-if character is available, I give you the okay to send the points
-once the character is yours you may do whatever you want with it (change species, make other changes)
-I will refund your character but only after you've had the character for a while and have some real reason why you want to return it. (like doesn't fit your style, etc)
-You may re-sell the character, but NOT for more than you paid for it
-You may gift the character to a friend, but make sure they know not to sell it for more than you paid for it (or just have them return it to me!)
