Woah this took a while.Commission 1/7 for I'm pretty excited to draw her characters!
This is Civalee and Deylas. I love their names, especially Deylas!

What program do you use?
Ms Paint
How do you get the background to be transparent in MS Paint?
It’s actually not transparent, I just copied the green-gray background color onto my picture to give it the transparent look.
How?
Use the "Prt Scr" Or Printscreen button on your keyboard (if you have one) while viewing DA, then paste the image in paint. Use the eye dropper tool to copy the green-gray color to use it for your background.
What tablet do you use?
I don’t use one, I use a mouse.
How do you draw so good with paint and a mouse?
I’ve practiced for many years. At least 15.
