This is Rosefinch, the only female member of Big-Green's Air-Force. For some reason all the members, including her have afros to help them to slow down while on their jets.

I think the reason why the air force of Big Green uses those massive hairstyles in because their planes are just fireworks rockets. Those thing don't have brakes and they do need a way to slow down for a safe landing. So they use those giant afros to cause enough air resistance to slow down and land safely.
