Another new tokusatsu style character.This one's an idea for an evil Kamen Rider.
Kamen Rider Deathstroke:

an evil Rider who is really a kaijin named Terror-Taros (no relation to the Taros from Kamen Rider DEN-O). Using the Deathdriver belt to henshin into Deathstroke. He uses a weapon called the Bio-Drive Blade and his main attack called the "Kage-Oni Rappa".
