My god, this is incredible. Even more so, since you drew the whole thing with a ballpen! Nice touch adding clusters of skyscrapers, buildings and a carnival Ferris wheel. I see a big top and some poles, too.
I can almost hear this terrifying monster roar... it reminds me of a shoggoth from the Cthulhu Mythos as well.

Cheers mate. As you already recognized, I integrated lots of parts to make the creature become some kind of a weird landscape, including cities, valley, mountains, ect.
I had to google the word "Shoggoth", but yes, after I saw a few drawings of this creature, I have to say that it's definitely related to my creation
