Hope everyone had an enjoyable Winter Solstice. <3

I, for one, am anxiously waiting for spring to get here. Emphasis on anxious, as winter is a rough season for me anxiety-wise. On the other hand, it probably would be wiser to be present in the current season, instead of yearning for what only exists in the future. To just chill (pun intended) and rediscover all the little things I used to love about the fall and winter seasons. Winter is a time for things to die, simply put, so now is as good a time as any for me to fully embrace the season and allow certain thoughts and patterns in my life to die to make room for a less anxious life to grow in the future. Now to figure out which ones are causing the problems... hmmm
