Took some time but it's finished! My take on RWBY's Weiss!
Tried to keep the snow, crystal/mirror motif reflected in some parts of the outfit 8'>
You know I love my details so I tried to go even past my limits with this one. Everything was drawn by hand, one by one; decided to go with more lace this time as a challenge too!
I want to try my hand on the other girls too but only time will tell!

I'm currently on Broken Statues. I can't get the COPS theme out of my head when Ruby and Penny are on the job. I like your allusions to her being a machine in the actual show. She's definitely quirky, and I think you've written her well!

I have to say it's awesome that I know at least one other artist who draws details like this by hand rather than relying on custom brushes or texture overlays. Those can be used well but more often than not end up looking lazy if people don't do it right. Of course my hand-drawn detail is hardly in the same league as yours so I shouldn't even talk. But srsly, that detail on the lace and etc is insane, and this makes me fear for my mental stability when THAT picture is done, hoh.

Yeah, most of those end up looking bad. Plus, I don't like relying on brushes or stuff, I prefer to actually try first!
And pffff just lots of patience, you know? Which in turn means spending lots of time and yeah... It's time consuming, but fun!

Now that I see it in full detail I can now appreciate the time it must have taken to make this the amount of detail everything from the rings on her hands to the accessories in her hair(I don't know what there called).
The color is simply put beautiful, I really like the red earrings they compliment her eyes and her dress.
I must say she looks like Royalty then an heiressΒ

This did take a while! I'm not exactly sure how many hours but I did work on this for a bit less than a week, a few hours per day!
I work very slowly but this was indeed challenging to do! @ v @
