I really like the light effect from behind the planet and the outlines/sectors of the cover
Very sci-fi-like!

I well i found I have been listening to different songs, looking for inspiration for then Anthems of my factions for my book.
The Kotoran Empire
especially. I fond a song that not only fits the character of the faction to a Tee. but I'm not shore if I can us or more specifically do a variation of it.
This is the song www.youtube.com/watch?v=G136GO…
I under stand if you do not have an opinion one way or the other, but I am cureus.

An interesting choice. It seems to me that the flag does not suit the faction a little, whose mood (most likely) is firm and even aggressive. The colors are calm and peaceful, and the music creates a conflict between "peace" and "fighting spirit."

True But with context a flag take on meaning both internally & existentially.
The image on the flag is of a native plant on the Kotoran Home world, Called the Kotoran.
The Kotoren, a “weed” of the desert. One would assume such A thoroughly useless thing, of little value. more a nuisance than anything. If left uncheck it will spearhead even in the harshest of environments & once it has taken rood it is very had to remove or kill…
Still, it is not without some value. It is tough resilient & hardy; it can sustain itself even if there is next to nothing to support it. Not only that it can also be ingested & because of its uncanny ability to produce oxygen it has proven to be a fine recuse for our ships life support systems.
What an Irony it is that something so, egregious would hold such use… I can not help but feel a repour with it, A common ground if you will. We are now little more than a weed struggling in a harsh environment were every day is a struggle to live & grow.
& yet we persevere, but if left uncheck will we two spared across the stars? What an Irony that we should have so much in common with such a useless yet utterly invaluable thing as the Kotoran.

This are some of the soldiers I have made for the Kotoran Empire.
the Hammer & cross Bayonets is the with a Red back ground, is the Crest of the Imperial army.
For the Navy it's a Anvil & a sword.

Imagery are very important to the Kotorans, a representation of who they are as a people.
A poster you see on there worlds is that of a black smith making a sword.
The hammer is the army, The Anvil the Navy, The Smithy the People of Kotora & the Sword is Destiny, or the future.
The Army & Navy, are but tools of the people.

This looks pretty neat. The sector map and the fleet of ships draws attention to the nature of the story, the hard-sci aspect and the wide-reaching scope.
