Yeah, instead of one, I end up giving two characters that they're gettting power ups having the president of Eastern Chipp Kingdom. Blake would use Genrouzan , and Ressou->Rokusai->Senshuu . Hanzo would learn Alpha Blade , Beta Blade, Genrouzan-You , Zansei Rouga and Ryuu Yanagi . Both learn the other techniques of Chipp and they will combine their abilities with this:

IMO Hanzo is underrated, so let's give him some spotlight.
