Very shy. He doesn't wanna be in the deviation 
Element is ice.
Considering opening commissions. Prices would be reasonably cheap. What do you guys think? Should I?

It's never a bad idea to openly offer commissioning services. 
I really like how the hair turned out, and the face is nice too, but I don't think the clothing matches the rest for its quality.
It's mainly because the shading is so soft, and the depth of the body isn't firmly defined in some areas (my mine irk is with the chest area). Like, you can see where to took the lighten brush on his chest. 
Though, I think the scrunched up sleeve on the arm is interesting to look at (and for the most part, has decent depth and presence). In general, for clothing, I recommend harder lines of contrast, kind of like in the face where the well done eyes are.
I definitely see steady improvement though!
