Do you mean put the code to distribute it? For that, i use Pastebin (a website), the majority of coders use that.
If you want to test your codes, you can use the "Featured deviation" widget, but don't use the Deviant ID to test, moves the code out of place and there's a lot of chances it won't look the way it should.
