Well, probably not. But it is possible.
Here's my theory:
Flowey can see timelines, right? So he must've encountered his Omega form either before, or in another timeline, and he knew it would happen. Plus, even though people are like: But none of the human souls got past ASGORE. Who says they ALL didn't? I think during the time of Alphys studying DETERMINATION, one of the human souls went to the castle to battle ASGORE but of course ASGORE was going through the town looking for monsters who'd fallen down (heh, it rhymes) so, Flowey had the opportunity to get the human souls and absorb them, resulting in no ASGORE fight, but Omega Flowey instead. Like usually, this would delete the human souls, but since this happened in the past, who said more didn't fall down? Many humans could've fallen down after that resulting in the 6 human souls ASGORE has now. So that's my theory!
