Description
This is Irlix, a tiefling fence I play in a 2nd Edition D&D Planescape game. He travels between Sigil, the City of Brass, the City of Glass, and a city on the plane of Air to acquire and sell legal and illegal wares.He has a number of contacts on the City of Brass. Among them is an efreet named Kurush and a pirate gang known as the Lions.
Irlix is canny, but also jaded and cynical like a lot of planars. His job makes him stay peery, so he's only sociable when it's beneficial. Everything has a price, and he tries to keep those prices in mind in case something no longer valuable needs to be discarded.
I may put in some people in the background later. For now I figure Irlix is in a much less-traveled part of the city.

Beautiful colors, tints and shades! The city kinda reminds me of this city I go to in the Ether Saga Online. It's an Arabian kinda city that looks kinda like that except more spread out and less shiny.

Its supposedly based on a Classic Chinese Folk tale or Novel.
