So soft, such a nervous expression, so GOOD. It's like they are being embarrassed by some lovely other equine off screen. <3 I just want to scoop up this lovely child and hug them!
And I love how you do your shading! Do you use colored shading or do you use a grey and multiply kind of shading? o: It always feels so fitting for the mood of each image!

lmao THANK YOU! I'm so glad you caught the elements I was going for... and Chance is MORE than accepting of hugs!

I usually do a combination of multiply and overlay layers! I tend to use dark blues/purples for the shadows and light yellows/reds for the highlights and usually an orange or pink for a blending shade... and light blue/green for reflective light! Of course, it completely depends on the mood/image you're going for... and it could easily be very different depending on the scene but that's been my favorite combination lately!
