this cheap guy here, is just tracing other peoples art and coloring it like the original, never gives correct credit to original artists, because he is all about this fake fame, what a low kind of personality...

well... i see the speed drawing video, and i stuned for the way this guy can copy perfectly kyouta´s arts without no parameters . I think is more easy create something than copy exactly another one. I think this guy is very skilled! (sorry my english)

Most people use references when drawing Fan art I don't think or believe it means you trace it from other artists, unless you create your very own characters no one ever seen before..
People may credit the original artist for referencing a drawing of Lucy from fairy tail for example but that doesn't mean you have to, in fact the person already did by calling it fan art.
