sorry to burst your bubble but most people arent gonna let you import their mmd-intended models into vrchat.
another thing is that the download link has already been taken down by the owner, so you need to send a note to the owner explaining why you want the model and what you're planning to use it for.

Is there ever going to be a download for this? I REALLY want to use this for vrchat if given permission i accept all community guidlines and rules when importing and i wont do any modifications to it. but if you still dont want us too thats fine. but I was wondering if this will ever be put up for download? i want a cute or kinda accurate to the actual game lookin gcharacter models (like this) if possible... bu ti will give you time to think about it if you have too.

No MMD model creator will let you import their models into VRChat. They are intended for MMD, and will most likely stay that way. So stop being desperate and just use the models that you are allowed to use right now.

One of the biggest biological differences between human males and females in terms of body shape is biacromial width to height ratio. For women the average ratio is 0.23 and for men it's 0.26.
So a lot of people bring up Natsuki's broad shoulders right? Well they're that size for a reason, they're in proportion with the rest of her body. I could only find one official image of her full body online so my measurements are a bit rudimentary but I was able to line up other images of her just fine, assuming the rest of her body is there.
And in ALL the pixel measurements I did, not a single ratio was close to 0.26."
