Just another Romulus avatar, this time using Pixel Art.

Because I don't know how to use GIMP all too well for making each frame last a certain amount of time, I inserted like... fifteen of the background image so Romulus wouldn't go "Lulz, spazzy blink!"

I'll need to figure it out. It nearly doubled the file size of this piece. @_@ At first, it was a static image, but I decided to make it all cool-blinky.

Please don't take, use, edit the piece without contacting me first. I take pride in my work, especially Pixel-Ness. :3
