The Black Death...The Mysterious, Shadowy Figure, who wanders the Hellish waistlands once known as North America. Armed with a Deadly 14 inch Knives, He punishes the Scum of the waistland who take pleasure in destroying innocent lives, Man & Beast alike. Some call him a Devil. Others call him a murderer. I am reading Schattens profile right now, I like him, hes cute.
I think there could be less powers used with your characters, sometimes it is simply too much. Maybe if you would reduce those powers by a half, your characters would look more "real". I mean, for example Shatten could have teleportation/phasing (or both, but maybe he wouldnt use both... no need to phase if you can teleport inside

Yeah, I know. I think mutant could have abilities from both of his parents, or not.
If I should describe the genetics on my OC: Amelia has her mothers physical look (wings) cause Angels genes were dominant, but she cant spit acid as her mother. Instead of that she can turn invisible, which is ability none of her parents has. She did not received her fathers abilities (vectors, mild superhuman agility and stamina). But her brothers abilities are closer to their father, he has increased stamina etc. and he looks "normal".

Solotov is a clone soldier ( not the starwars kind ) he is forced to kill innocents by his NEVEC masters. Ever since he broke free he's continued killing because he was never taught right from wrong correctly, and was never given emotions.
