Not that bad. The face is very stylistically pleasing.
However, the overall anatomy needs lots of work. The arms are a bit too long, lack muscular structure and seem a bit disjointed from the rest of the body. With the body, there just seems to be proportion issues when it comes to the torso. Her chest seems to be very large, and I don't know if that's the exact problem, but could be part of what's turning me off. Overall, I think you need to do some life drawing and study the structure of the human body. What I see here is a stylization that isn't based off of your knowledge of the human body, but what you have seen in other people's pictures. Foundation knowledge is needed young grasshopper. Good luck, and keep drawing.
