this all started with some random droodle and a small project for my photoshop class \o/Medusa, she was doing dirty stuff with poseidon then athena got mad and gave her a head full off snakes. then she got her head chopped clean off and from her blood pegasus was born (or so goes 1 of the many many stories about her)

The color as pointed out, is what draws the observer.
Skillful use of contrasts.
Then the eyes, for me eyes are a window to the composition
and must captivate the observer.
For a Medusa composition, this is one that I like, because its not all just about the serpents.
