Since a few people were curious, I'm uploading photos of my 'partial' fursuiting bits.This is my Eevee set laid out on my bed xD
It consists of
Tail - Made by myself
Neck-floof - Made by myself

hey! could you tell me how you made the neck piece and tail? or would you be willing to make them again?
i don't know the first thing about making clothes or accessories. but i really wanna cosplay as eevee and this is exactly what im looking for!

Heh. these took quite a while to make.
Sadly I don't have any fur left so I can't really make anymore, and it's quite expensive to buy o_o ~£15-20 for 1/2 a meter.
The neck piece I did in 2 separate pieces, both the same shape, which joined at the shoulders. I just added darts in at the front to make it bunch up and look more floofy. :3
The tail was the hardest part, it was in 4 pieces altogether, 2 of the brown and 2 of the white tipped part.
This [link] here shows you how to make it step by step. [Though I made my own pattern instead, I didn't follow this tutorial, it's just the best one online IMO 
D: It's hard, and is time consuming, but it's worth it in the end definately :3
I can't really help you much more, but I'm sure you could find a friend or something similar who could help you with the actual making if you struggle with the sewing or something D:
