Welp, I actually started drawing this one near Christmas of 2013. I was going to give ATCs to each member of my nearly-then-boyfriend's family (I even bought little bitty stockings to put them all in). I never finished said lofty goal. XD
But the thing laid around a long time. I finally inked it and coloured (I really should get more Copics so I don't have to use as many coloured pencils) it this week. It's not perfect, and I tried some new things with shading that could've gone better, but I'm happyish overall. I need to be pumping out art to be getting better, and each new thing is a step toward that!

..........I have a lot of other art that needs to be finished................
I am doing some new stuff too. But a lot of what I submit for a while will be finished up old stuff...

I'm not so pleased with the way the background scanned (blues NEVER scan well, haha) but it's fine. My usual bottle of "star splatter" ink was sealed shut, so I just used some watered down Copic Opaque White. (As a note, it's what I used for a long time before I mixed some up specially. The "special" mix also includes some glow in the dark acrylic paint in small amounts.)

I want to do the 12th Doctor next...or the 2nd. (Patrick Troughton was blooming cute when he was young, did you know that???? wp.production.patheos.com/blog… ) Or the 3rd.
I haven't quite decided yet. And who knows when I'll get to it, hehe.

Materials: Cardstock ATC card, Sakura Micron pens (linework), Copic markers, Prismacolor coloured pencils, Sakura Gelly Roll white gel pen, Copic Opaque White, several Q-tips.
