YUP! Ben Nye. And then the trick is to use your hands and smooth it all out so it doesn't look splotchy.
It... It doesn't stay on hands very well... even with fixative ;_; I hated wearing it... I will try to just make nylon gloves next time.

Thanks for the advice! I saw the tutorial for gloves and I really like that so I'll just use Ben Nye on my face for when I cosplay. Sorry it didn't look good. :/ Your photo looks splendid!

I think it's fine if you only use one coat. That's what I did.
