I feel like I've been taking too long drawing lately. So, I've decided to try and do a 30-minute drawing every day and refrain from taking so much time correcting things. I decided that I would draw fighters from Dragon Ball Super's Tournament of Power as my 30-minute drawings. Basil is easily one of my favorite newer characters, And I still think Basil vs Majin Buu is easily one of the best fights in Dragon Ball Super so far. Trying to draw a more anthropomorphic design is a nice change of pace too. I've never tried drawing something like this before so I had a lot of trouble trying to draw the body. In the end I just scrapped the body and just drew his head.Related content

Thank you! I really love to use Black as a shading color but sometimes it doesn't come together well. This time I used a very dark purple for the linework which actually helped keep the black separate from the lines.

I used a tablet. I tried to limit myself to finish this drawing in 30 minutes. It was a bit rushed but I like how it turned out. The single shading is pretty fun to do and it saves a lot of time, Good luck with it!
