Dex: Effigeam (Rag pokemon) are very friendly and docile pokemon. They prefer to work together to achieve their goals. They are very protective of their friends and form a sort of community with each other, each one supporting the other. When an other Effigeam or Planchelt gets seriously injured, they would offer up their own stuffing or felt and insist on patching them back up. They are very empathetic pokemon that feel the emotions of those arround them, and vice versa.
