Rascage (Rascal + Voltage)

Dex: Rascage(Electric quill pokemon) Are known for being shy and nervous around strangers. They are mostly peaceful, living their days free of danger and mostly sleeping or eating in their time. They are easily startled, however, and if they feel threatened they will shoot quills that not only shock their enemies with electricity but also inject them with venom. They store their electricity in their fuzzy cheeks and release it from the quills on their back.

Special Ability: Static needles- Has a chance of either paralyzing or poisoning an enemy when they use physical attacks.
