Requested by appsg792 .Seems like Joker wasn't the only one detained by the police (seriously, it would've been nice the see the other Phantom Thieves, especially the girls, in handcuffs.....)
Anyways, it seems like Ann and Makoto ended up sharing a cell, though for some apparent reason neither of them are getting along. Ah well

I think some people wouldn't mind taking Makoto's place on that bench.
While not in handcuffs Queen actually does have a DID scene. In some wacky 3DS game she's tied up by the superhero called Kamoshidoman. In the game she might or might not be supposed to be tied up when held on the ground in the maffia base.
