Description
When she was still a puppy, Shadé began to have stomach problems. She couldn't digest 'normal' food anymore. The vets think it might be caused by walking in some fertilizer in the street or park and licking her paws afterwards. She was very sick back then and looked so sad. The vets thought she wouldn't last for more than five years, but we took good care of her (and we still do), giving her special diet food and pills (three times a day). Although she can't eat anything else, she's a very happy dog. The vets praise her kindness, because it's not uncommon for a dog with some kind of illness to become grumpy or even aggressive, but that's not what happend to our little Shadé. She's an adorable dog! Just look at her cute face. She's so sweet! You just have to hug her when you see her. And she really loves that! Now, she's already an 'old lady' (she's 10 years old), that's why she sleeps a lot. And when she does, she prefers to use a pillow.

She really is a part of our family and we are all happy to have her with us!
