This term is a very stressful one for me. I got an issue with my bank, which thankfully solved after a month dealing with it and they gave me free checkbook for my patience, yay!

But a week after that, the tenants above my apartment threw a party and they invited a lot of people. In the contract, the rule says residents can only invite no more than 10 people. Guess how many people they invited? Almost 100 people! Their rooms were full of people that the party was also extended to the whole corridor as well. One of my roommate had also invited her friends at that time for sleepover in her room (which were only about 6-7 people). She's not in her room, so only her friends, my other roommate, and me in the apartment when the accident happened. Let me quote that the ceiling of our apartment was "bouncing up and down like a giant trampoline" at that time. We ran out from the apartment because it was so scary, and I only wore a pj and no shoes because it's almost 11 pm at that time (I hate party so much). For a while, our apartment became an exhibition to their quests because they wanted to see the damages, which was cracked ceiling of our living room.

We reported to the security guard and the manager about this issue, and the manager told us to move out and stay in the temporary housing they provide to us. I stayed with my sister, thankfully, so I'm not supposed to pay for the rent for a while because I'm not staying in the housing. But my roommates found the housings didn't have kitchens nor dishwasher and the other one that had was located in a shady area where a man was once hit from behind and mugged when he's on his bicycle. And so, we, together with my roommate's mother who joined force, went to a university attorney and told him the issue.

I had deal my issue and got the contract that I didn't need to pay for my rent during the construction while my poor roommates only got slightly different contract than the original one because the apartment didn't want to negotiate further. This month, however, they told me to pay for my rent. I paid for the rent because I'm afraid of the late fee. I told the attorney as well, and he is currently negotiating with the apartment's attorney.

I saw my fall term scores and they are so bad that I want to cry so much. What do I do to deserve this pressure?! I only want to live in a calm place where I can study peacefully!! The brochure I received from this apartment feels like a trickery to me now! I have so much headache in this term that I think my head is tender on that area now.

The only things that makes me less stressful are drawing my comic, watching Netflix (I watch Supernatural too fast, and I don't want to watch Breaking Bad, it's so depressing), and finally, Yuri on Ice!!! Watching this anime make my headache goes away for a while before they return. To show my gratitude to this refreshing Anime, I draw the baby, Yuri!!

I hope that the next isn't this stressful that I can finally study peacefully.
I'm sorry for my rant, too. I have a lot of stress now.

Oh yeah, and I want to ask you guys if I should stay in this apartment or not. I haven't found the alternative yet, I'm looking for another place now if I have decided to move out soon.
