Of all Tommy Oliver's Ranger forms, his Black Ranger from "Power Rangers Dino Thunder" will always be my 2nd favorite. My guess as to why is maybe it feels like the most neutral color for his character at that time. He's been in so many Ranger outfits, colors, and powers, this felt like the perfect look for him as a veteran Ranger acting as a mentor to a new generation.Original model can be found here:
