Ah yes yes, I'm still a bit confused by the sheer Number of Numbers and don't remember all their names but Yes Nove really loves Cinque, she was mightily pissed off when Cinque was severely injured during her fight with Berserk Subaru. And even offered to carry her to the Healing Pod ^^

There's only 12 Numbers, 13 if you count Ginga.
Uno - wore a secretary outfit in StrikerS, looks like a female Jail, fairly nice, but extremely loyal to Jail.
Due - Blond, had sharp nails on her right hand, could shape-shift freely, killed by Zest
Tre - tall, short hair, dark purple-colored hair, can move at super-sonic speeds rivaling Fate's speed, hits hard and fast
Quattro - Nanoha hit her with a Blaster 3 Divine Buster, wore glasses.
Cinque - short, long silver-colored hair, has only one eye, has a current loli body (which may or may not grow), throws knives around that can explode, cares deeply for her younger sisters.
Sein - blue-green hair that's short in the back, long in the front, can phase through matter like it isn't there, in ViVid was fondling Teana, Rio and Corona from under water, like Cinque, she cares about her younger sisters, and is more excitable than most of the rest of her sisters.
Sette - tall, long pink hair, threw around boomerangs, didn't speak much due to most of her personality getting removed by Quattro.
Otto - has short spiky brown hair, average height among the numbers, is so flat-chested that people thought she was a boy, didn't show much emotion in StrikerS, though in the sound stages she is shown teasing Sein a bit, and apparently she's a chatterbox while in the facility.
Nove - shorter than everyone but Cinque, and that's with her roller-blades on, short red hair, is Subaru and Ginga's biological sister, one of the stars of ViVid.
Dieci - short compared to Uno, Tre and Sette, but I believe that she's taller than most of the rest of her sisters. Fairly quiet, carries around a giant cannon, but is a really nice girl. She has short hair except for one incredibly long and thin ponytail.
Wendi - red hair, average height among the Numbers. She and Nove are the same age, her hair is in a loose ponytail that she keeps pinned up against the back of her head, so it looks like it's pointing straight up, uses a surf-board to fight. Pretty nice, excitable, loves explosions and said straight up that where Nove goes, she will follow.
Deed - long brown hair, twin sister to Otto biologically, uses two swords to fight. Doesn't speak much in StrikerS, never got the chance to develop herself then, but like Otto, she's a chatterbox in the sound stages and teases Sein when she can.
See? That didn't take me long.

In overall my fav Number is either Cinque, because of her love and caring towards her sisters as well as the fact that she is One Badass Loli XD Nove on the other hand warmed up to be thanks to Vivid. When not being sulky or scary she is a lovely girl and Subaru's Almost-twin-Sister XD

My faves, in the order that I liked them...
Dieci - for showing regret and remorse
Nove - for showing doubts and worries about her future when everything was done
Wendi - for her love of explosions
Sette - because I like characters that get under-used and/or screwed over by canon.
The rest took until I read the sound stages and manga fully.
Dunno how you feel about written fanfiction and crossovers but I have three fics that have the Numbers in them.
[link] - A fic that uses practically EVERYONE in the Nanoha universe. An AU as of ViVid.
[link] - A Ranma/Nanoha crossover fic where I use all the Numbers but Due and Quattro in a very humorous situation. Really, what started as a prank war has devolved/evolved into a character development fic. *Laughs* Just wait till you see what I did to Cinque in this fic and Day in the Life. Just don't show the badass loli a cute teddy bear. XD
[link] - short omakes, drabbles and ficlets that feature lots of different characters. There's a chapter that focuses on Sette and my latest one focuses on Linith. *nods*

Well I remember Sette... kinda, as the girl who had those scary-looking blades, who got messed by Quattro, who liked Tre.. and who got smashed by Fate 
Yeah that's the main rehabilitation point for Dieci, and the fact that she wondered if the White Devil Queen is really a human XD
She did... mhm well I'm a couple episodes away from StrikerS ending (my first time watching Nanoha was just that, The three anime series, then I learnt about manga and Then about Sound Stages, I hunted down the Sound Stages and know I'm watching Nanoha Properly, with mangas and Sound Stages included into the watching... Gosh Reinforce's story was sad enough without the stuff in Sound Stages T_T Poor Poor Reinforce...

(or rather most of them were, there were a few that weren't horrible) Then look at Shamal, Signum and Zafira's human form and realize just what could have happened to them. ;_;

Oh Please don't even mention such stuff. I once read a small fanfic where Vita was angsting a bit about the fact that she Apparently is in love with Hayate. And there was this line of thought, of What some of Masters did to Shamal and Signum, and what some Really Sick ones did to her and Zafira...My Body couldn't decide whether to be cold with shock and revulsion or hot with anger and rage.
To be honest the most tragic thing about Reinforce was that she was Killing Hayate'chan Against her will. When I realized how Reinforce must have felt, when killing her gentle, loving master I felt like crying T_T

And all those Super natural things Suzuka pulled like, shooting Fate out of the sky during dodgeball match or almost winning a swimming race with Miyuki.
