Eeeeeneerrr... I don't know much about him since I don't buy the manga, all I know is that he's an electric guy. At the chinese mall near where I live there's a store called DING DONG with the little OP mystery boxes, and I had bought like, four, (three bucks each) and I got Wiper and three Eners and I was so mad because I wanted Sanji, so I eventually bought 12 mystery boxes but never got Sanji, but a couple of Eners and my friends made fun of me because they said he looked like a phedopile.
