Shoukatsu Koumei and Ko Enshaku from the Giant Robo OVA.These guys are two of my favorite characters from the series mostly because it's so easy to hate 'em. Koumei with his 'I'm a dick' grin and Enshaku's total lack of...anything. Great characters from a great series! If you haven't seen GR yet, GO CHECK IT OUT!!
