Description
So, I finally finished Calyrra 's 3D model! And guess what - fish with human facial expressions look weeeeird.

Calyrra is a researcher at the Ondalin observatory - at least, until it is shut down by the Nimyric government, allegedly for economic reasons.
She's a bit nerdy and awkward around strangers, and is usually seen fidgeting with some object in her hands - she doesn't quite know what to do with them when they're empty.

I'll soon upload a proper reference sheet and a character questionnaire to tell you more about her. Stay tuned!

I started by exporting an average human model from the MakeHuman application to Blender. There, I completely re-worked the torso and head to make them fish-like, added the fins and transformed the feet into fins as well. For texturing, I used both Blender's texture paint mode and GIMP. Finally, I rendered these two images using Cycles.
